Jak is the 5th portrait in my Rest Series. Jak is an artist who juggles more roles and responsibilities than I can count and struggles to sleep and stay sleeping. They inspired me to fully embrace and accept my own identity as a full time artist. Together with our mutual friend Maddie we have completed multiple commissioned public mural works and continue to work together on large scale projects. Their interest in unconventional art pushes me out of my comfort zone constantly.
