The beginning of my Rest Series, is a representation of the goddess of love sleeping. After I painted her I realized I wanted to paint people I know and care about resting. As I was working on her, I referred to her as my “Sleeping Beauty”.

This piece is longer than my wingspan. I glued 15 prints of varying sizes together to create a unique canvas, which I then painted over.
